Little Impressions Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Delivery of Experience boxes and Activation Welcome packs.
We aim to dispatch all stock items that have been paid for with cleared funds the same day, providing the order has been received by 12.00 noon. Any order received after this time is likely to be sent the next working day.  Delivery services used are Royal Mail or courier, depending on the weight and size of the items and whether you are resident in mainland UK.

Collection or Delivery of finished goods.
We aim to have finished casts ready for collection or dispatch within 4 weeks of the Little Impressions appointment. Delivery services used are Royal Mail or courier, depending on the weight of the item and whether you are resident in mainland UK.  Delivery is at extra cost and this will be agreed with you prior to dispatch.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations of Experience packages.
If you wish to return an item or cancel an order, do not return goods until you have telephoned us on +44 (0)1903 230515 or emailed Little Impressions Ltd at sales@little-impressions.com.
Little Impressions policy, is that you may return any off-the-shelf item to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 working days from the day following delivery providing the item when we receive it, has not been activated, remains in its original packaging, is undamaged and suitable for resale. Please note that finished casts are excluded from the standard returns policy and may only be returned if faulty or not as specified once the matter has been discussed in detail. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. We cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.
If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.little-impressions.com, please ensure you have an authorisation number first. Return of Faulty, Incorrect or Sub-Standard finished casts.
Finished casts may be returned to the local artist for a full refund within 7 days or for a reworked or replacement cast up to 30 days after delivery. Please follow the same procedures as above, ensuring you contact Little Impressions Ltd Head Office by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. If the item has been damaged in transit, you must have notified the carrier on the delivery docket at the time of delivery.
Do not return goods until you have an authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed further. We must have received any faulty items back before any replacement will be sent. Goods must be returned along with a proof of purchase by registered post or courier only and with the original packaging, if the item has been damaged in transit. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of the receipt of items, providing they fulfil the criteria of our returns policy.

Conformity Of Goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the description and specification of all our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, the colour reproduction of the products in any medium is for representation purposes only. We are unable to accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by print reproduction or the computer system used to view the products.
